I have read somewhere that the 360 version has extreme texture pop in.
Also most sites are favouring the PS3 version for graphics and performance IGN,Gamesradar,1Up,EGM and Gamespy. Eurogamer are known to be biased anyway.

I have COD4 on PS3 and my brother has the 360 version. Let me tell you theres a big difference favouring the PS3 version yet Eurogamer said they were identicle. I suppose GTA4 will be "identicle" in there eyes and we all know thats bull.

GTA V wont come out on Xbox 720 if there is one, the reason being the installed base will be too small.
If it comes out in 2 years it will be PS3 exclusive.
